1.RESHIO provides qualified Indian Tutors for online academic support and educational services to international students. 2. I agree to be contacted by RESHIO via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone regarding tutoring services. 3. Upon Tutor confirmation, the agreed tuition fee must be paid in advance through RESHIO's official payment channels. 3. RESHIO charges service and management fees for sourcing, verifying, and managing Tutors. Parents/Students shall not bypass RESHIO or encourage direct arrangements with Tutors. 6. Direct payments, private hiring, collaboration, or continuation of classes with any Tutor introduced by RESHIO without company approval is strictly prohibited. 7. If a Parent/Student directly collaborates with a RESHIO Tutor, RESHIO shall have no responsibility, liability, or involvement in such arrangements, and the Client may be permanently restricted from future RESHIO services. 8. RESHIO will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable Tutors but does not guarantee specific grades, marks, admissions, examination results, or academic outcomes. 9. In case of a genuine issue, RESHIO may facilitate a Tutor replacement subject to availability. 10. Parents/Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior with Tutors and RESHIO representatives at all times. 11. Payment for classes already conducted shall remain payable even if services are discontinued. 12. All registration fees, service charges, processing fees, and administrative charges paid to RESHIO are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the company. 13. RESHIO shall not be responsible for internet issues, technical failures, power outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 14. All study materials, recordings, notes, and educational content provided by RESHIO are for personal learning only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without permission. 15. RESHIO reserves the right to modify its services, policies, fees, and Terms & Conditions at any time.
